Claims to fame:
- Current owner of the MDRP truck passed down from Ed Scioli to Colleen Tindall and now to me.
- Also the only person to ever scale the fence to get out of the track at 5:30 in the morning because I didn’t know the turnstile went both ways. You can’t make this stuff up.
A little background…
I started running in 2000 and ran my first race, a marathon of course, in 2002. After swearing for 26.2 miles that I would never run more than 4 miles at a time ever again, I crossed the finish line and was hooked. I used to see runners around town but I didn’t know anyone so I always ran alone. Then the running store opened in Moorestown and I met some of the most wonderful people on the planet! Even though I still have to do most of my training alone I’m connected to this amazing group and I’m always very proud to represent MDRP. The beauty of it is that it doesn’t matter if you’re fast or slow, young or old, competitive runner or social runner, we all share a common bond, and we’re not just teammates, we’re friends as well.
